Collection of your personal information

There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing personal information. However, to access some functionality of the Point Duty website such as requesting demonstrations, using the licencing portal and store, you are required to submit personally identifiable information. This may include but not limited to a unique password and username, email addresses, legal name or company name, or you may be required to provide sensitive information in the recovery of your lost password.

Credit card information is never stored in a cookie. Point Duty does not store any credit card details.

Point Duty processes personal data on the grounds of “legitimate interest”. Data provided to Point Duty is utilised to further the processing of products and services, administration processing and understanding who the company conducts business with.
